Day 22 - Prayers for friends in the path of storms

I missed posting the menu the last couple days. Not going to get it done again today. As I said in an earlier post, if I sleep in too late I end up just not seeming to get it done. I also don't have any recovery news today. Life  and recovery are progressing smoothly.

So instead today I just want to send a prayer out to my online friends who were in the path of yesterdays storms. As a gamer I have met people and made friends all over the place. Yesterday, I saw the names of a few towns where some of my online friends live. I just hope they are all okay. I've not seen any twitter or facebook activity from any of them since yesterday morning.

I'll resume my normal menu and recovery news tomorrow. Provided I don't sleep in again. I slept in really late this morning.
