- Piece of whole wheat toast w / butter (not the real stuff)
Lunch
- Tilapia
- Brown rice
- Corn
- Peaches
- Water to drink
Dinner
- Beef Pot Roast soup
- Salad w / tomatoes, cheese, and light Italian dressing
- Raspberry Shebert for dessert
